On the downside, the cleaning staff knocked multiple times in the morning, disrupting our sleep despite having requested a late checkout. This really affected our comfort during our stay.

Rooms close to a power plant experience strong vibrations at night, making it tough to relax and sleep well. Noise levels in the hotel can be disruptive, particularly from the bustling hallway and morning cleaning activities. Despite being spacious and clean, bed firmness might not be comfortable for everyone, dampening the overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the vibrant downtown area filled with cultural activities. We took a short trip to the museum about the Mexican Revolution, which was fascinating. Plus, the restaurant options nearby were perfect for our large family and colleagues.

fiesta inn has a great location close to the theater area of insurgentes, making it easy to explore. my superior king room was incredibly comfortable with every amenity I needed. the staff, especially at the check-in, was super friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the quick laundry service that returned my clothes the same day.
